ComFest is always a fun but exhausting weekend. This year, the exhaustion was exasperated by frequent rainstorms, and the stress of sharing a 10' x 10' booth space with 8 other sellers. I made little mantras to chant to myself - "learning experience, learning experience, learning experience" & "patience, patience, patience". My guess is that 3-4 people is the most that really work comfortably in that space for a weekend.
Still, it was a good way to do my first major show - and I appreciated the fact that there wasn't anyone selling Tupperware next to me this time.

Procrastinator
I'm preparing for ComFest. The annual 3-day huge, happy, hippie festival right here in Columbus. I've been going ever since I was tiny, but this is my first time as a vendor. I'm sharing a booth with 8 other wonderful Etsians, and I've been making purses like crazy for the past two weeks. I'm still hoping to get at least 15 more done in the next day and a half, plus making an inventory, pricing everything, etc.
So right now seemed the perfect time to start my blog.
